As discussed, I can't flip them. They also draw in fresh air from the bottom because there are three 140mm fans—two GPU units and one CPU cooler.

Your AIO is placed at the bottom of the case, which is a common issue. This setup can cause the pump to fail because all the air gets trapped inside. It’s likely your AIO is struggling and this could be why its performance is declining.

You misunderstood the location—it's on the side, not at the bottom. That would stop the pump from working. I think I'll swap out my AIO soon after getting new fans.
