Both hoses feel warm, the radiator seems to heat up, the thermal paste appears aged, you're possibly doing some overclocking, and the motherboard BIOS is up to date.

@191x7 offers useful ideas to review already. My initial thought based on temperature/behavior would be to examine the mount. Monitoring pipe and radiator temperatures during operation can indicate proper contact. If readings reach 80s or 90s, you should notice a warmer pipe from CPU to radiator compared to a cooler one from radiator back to CPU. Also, verify that the plastic protective cover was removed from the cold plate—this might be hard to confirm if thermal paste has spread over the surface.

Is your CPU cooler operating at maximum capacity during intense gaming sessions? Have you modified the fan settings in BIOS? Which motherboard are you running? Your Arctic II 240 reaches around 1800 RPM when the processor overheats.
