It's been over seven months since I checked this, possibly missing something. On my 3800x I think I reached about 1.28V. Are you using stock CPU settings plus PBO and AutoOC? Did you run P95 Small FTTs—different from regular P95?

I reset the motherboard's CMOS settings to default, which is the standard configuration. I performed a P95 benchmark test, and the CPU maintained its base speed without any boost, resulting in a 3.5GHz performance.

That sounds more sensible. Keeping max PPT, TDC, and EDC active can help push performance even further. I’m not familiar with the 3950x directly, as it came out after most Zen 2 chips were released, but based on what I remember, many Zen 2 models hovered around 1.25V to 1.3V. Good luck!

Can you not see? It's incredibly inaccurate. That's not your load voltage with PBO enabled. It's more like a high 1.2V - low 1.3V value which HWINFO will report under the SVI2 TFN sensor.

You recorded 43, 42.75, 42.5, and 42.25 per ccx at 1.28V with reduced load, and temperatures fell about 15°C.
