Hey there, I see your CPU is acting up. It’s been a while since you checked temperatures and power draw, especially after installing a new GPU. The HW Monitor logged low readings around 33W, but that doesn’t always mean everything’s fine. Have you tried adjusting settings or checking for any background processes?

it seems the maximum wattage was just 108, even though the CPU can handle over 140—nothing unusual at all.

Nope seems fine to me too. A 10% isn't just sitting idle. Check the minimum load—it shows 33 watts. That still feels pretty typical.
