@Giannak Oof, that 120 AIO won't stand a chance against the 3900x. Back then I was seeing 60-70s with my dual 360 RAD custom loop and the 3900x. I recommend doing some research on proper undervolting—it might be your best option. Alternatively, upgrade to a better cooler or accept the numbers are fine from AMD's side, since they're within spec and just a bit high.
