Checking if Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut works with a Ryzen 7800X3d is a good idea. Since the material isn’t listed, it’s wise to assume it’s not aluminum and see what reviews or official info say.

The IHS features nickel-plated copper. It's unlikely to see aluminum versions from Intel or AMD anymore.

I checked MX-6 and Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut as well. My CPU uses a liquid cooling setup with a TT MX2 cooler. I’m considering other options too.
