Checking if Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut works with a Ryzen 7800X3d is a good idea. Since the material isn’t listed, it’s wise to assume it’s not aluminum and see what reviews or official info say.

Opt for a high-quality thermal paste such as Arctic MX-6 rather than liquid metal.

The IHS features nickel-plated copper. It's unlikely to see aluminum versions from Intel or AMD anymore.

I checked MX-6 and Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut as well. My CPU uses a liquid cooling setup with a TT MX2 cooler. I’m considering other options too.

You're running Kryonaut Extreme alongside your open loop setup, using an EK block for processing.

Avoid Liquid Metal unless you're ready for total loss. The Thermal Grizzly works great.
