Are there any options for RAM that mention "XMP" or "D.O.C.P."? Those should trigger automatic overclocking. Or do you have presets to choose from, which can handle overclocking on their own? (in BIOS settings)
Checked the power plan configurations—there are likely defined minimum and maximum percentages for CPU usage. It seems Ryzen Master might have adjusted those settings, keeping your processor speeds higher than usual.
