Did you activate PBO in the BIOS? There are typically two options to turn it on—one under the advanced settings and another in a different menu (ASUS).
Yup, i even overclocked and undervolted my cpu. I dont get above 16500 score on multi core in cinebench r23. While others get 24k stock. I have no idea why
