You can limit the voltage to 1.35V or use a negative value. Others experienced BSOD when changing the negative voltage setting.
I'm surprised no one commented that you didn't do anything wrong with the thermal paste... I really think you won't notice more than a slight temperature change by 'balancing both sides,' as mentioned. Prime95 isn't a typical scenario. It puts extra strain on the CPU than it would encounter regularly. 90 degrees on the 5800X is actually normal for that kind of test. You're putting in effort without any reward. The 5800X tends to overheat, which is the end of the story. Good luck!
