Hello, I've finally assembled a PC! It functions properly and stays cool. However, the CPU appears to be limiting performance, capping it at 3.6GHz. In Ryzen Master it displays a maximum of 3.6GHz, regardless of settings. I've turned on PBO but still face this issue. After running Cinebench ten times, it consistently caps at 3.6GHz even at 48°C. The system specs include an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X, Asus ROG B550-R gaming graphics card, Gigabyte Vision RTX3070 Ti, GSKILL 32GB RAM at 3200MHz, and NZXT H7 flow.

Performance settings are adjusted, and the PBO feature is also being considered. I'm using Windows 11 but haven't confirmed if that's the cause. Are there any updates in the ASUS BIOS I should apply? I've already set the memory to auto-clock.

Use a clear Cmos reset to refresh the BIOS, then enable DOCP for RAM only. Observe the outcome.

It’s better to run the optimization step first. That way you can ensure the best performance before testing it on multicore.

It wouldn't hurt to enable the Re-size Bar in BIOS if it isn't already.

I'm starting the optimizer now on multi, then I'll handle the resize afterward. I'll get back to you soon.

Enter BIOS, configure static multiplier to 47 and set vcore to 1.3v. Disable all power-saving features. CPU will run at 4.7GHz allcore.
