Check the motherboard page for your model in the downloads area. Verify the release dates of both F14e and F15 BIOS. If F15 is newer, proceed with that version. For older releases like F14, install the latest available one. Here’s the link to download the BIOS: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B55...rt-dl-bios. Note that F15 comes before F14, so if you need the newest, update accordingly. The simplest method is to extract the file to a USB drive formatted with FAT32 and use it in BIOS settings to apply the updates.

Update the newest bios. You can access from within the Bios as Mariushm said or use @Bios inside Windows.
