Looking for a CPU cooler and case that handles heat well. Ambient temperatures play a role, though yours is a bit higher than usual. You mentioned using an Overclocked cooler with Noctua D15s inside a case with excellent airflow. Load temperatures are the actual temps during workloads, which help gauge performance stability.
