Hi! I also have a similar chip. The AIO seems unnecessary and you've spent money on it. Sorry about that. The ideal approach is to reset the CMOS and run it in stock mode. The all-core boosts should be around 3.9GHz with good average temps, or 3.8GHz if temperatures are slightly higher. A single core XFR should reach about 4350MHz. If you're pushing it and hitting those temps, the chip will throttle significantly, making overclocking pointless. Surprisingly, the stock cooler should handle this processor fine.
