I recently installed this system and tried to boost my CPU speed, but everything is locked in auto mode and can't be changed. Any guidance or suggestions would be really helpful. Also, I noticed my 16GB RAM is only showing 2133MHz instead of the expected 3200MHz—any details on that would be appreciated.

This board isn't suitable for significant overclocking. Activate XMP and set the system memory multiplier to 32.
