So i achieved a steady overclock of 4.1 ghz at 1.3875 volts. I'm curious if this setup can run continuously or if it needs resetting during non-gaming times.

What temperature does your CPU reach when under stress? If it stays below 80 degrees Celsius during heavy use, the voltage and clock rate should function properly without problems if you keep it running continuously. You won't need to adjust settings when you're not gaming.

I'm hitting during cinebench testing with fans at 70 percent and a temperature of 69 degrees.
