I'm adjusting the settings to achieve higher performance. Set the multiplier options (x38, x39, x40) and increased the VCore values (1.375, 1.4, 1.425, 1.45). Despite these changes, my CPU still doesn't reach 3.7GHz even with the stock model. I've reset the BIOS, updated drivers, cleared CMOS, verified power configurations, and checked all settings but couldn't locate the AMD "cool and quiet" option in the BIOS.

I thought I was making a mistake but I realized the issue. The Advanced Power Plan settings were setting my CPU to maximum performance at 70%.
