What voltage and clock speeds would be possible for your Ryzen with this setup? Also, considering this is my debut here, what additional details should I add to the post? What improvements can be made?

The response relies on the specific silicone lottery. Generally, most Ryzen chips reach their limit around 4.1ghz. I tend to maintain the voltage under 1.4 to avoid harming the chip.
