The Ryzen 7 1700x has been experiencing drops to 2798 mhz from its usual single-core speed. These occurrences are rare but noticeable, suggesting a change in behavior. I'm new to this system. Key points: it happens between 49-60°C, mostly when idle, all cores usually run around 3500 mhz with occasional spikes. The CPU turns off cool'n'quiet. Does it normally undervolt when idle? Is this normal or should I be concerned?
