I ran a simple trial and adjusted TDC and EDC to their maximum MB values. This increased all core frequencies by 10mhz. The highest frequency I achieved without CO is 4400mhz at 160/160, but higher EDC seems to lower the overall frequency. I suspect the 50mhz gain isn't worth the extra 10°C. Maybe in colder months it will rise due to lower room temperature. At 25°C, even with 150/150 I’m already hot to cool. The Boost override without a curve is unstable at both +200 and +100 settings. Since most of my CPU-intensive tasks are video editing, I’d favor a smoother curve without boost, which gives better overall core performance instead of just higher single-core speed.

Both processors are available. Linpack Xtreme achieves over 4500MHz with 245W output, while it also reaches 5150 on multiple cores for smoother performance

I found out that my bios has 2 different locations to set PBO limits. The one that I'm using now is the one in Advanced\AMD Overclocking\Precision Boost Overdrive\ However this one is limited to PPT: 395, TDC: 160 and EDC: 190. There is also a PBO menu located in Ai Tweakers\Precision Boost Overdrive I might give that a try to see if this one allows to to go over a TDC of 160. I've also almost got my curve stable and submitted my scores (currently still without boost override) to HWBot. Single: Multi:

The AI Tweakers menu indeed allows me to go over my default limits. I see a linear scaling of TDC until 150, and no gains after 175. (Due to thermal limits) So the sweet spot will be something in between with the current cooling capacity Higher EDC creates more heat, and lowers clocks. Testing a range of settings resulted in the sweet spot for CB score being 160A. Going higher would result in better scores if I could contain the heat, but my old H150i is just not up to the task.

Purely increasing total draw won’t outperform simply letting more power flow. Enabling unlocked power should let you reach around 5950 watts at about 240 watts, provided thermal limits aren’t hit or temperatures stay unusually low.

I’m seeing about 230W during a cold start, reaching a high of 78°C. But once the loop is running at full load, temperatures climb to 80–83°C. Current PBO settings: Spoiler
