You're asking about your setup. You mentioned using PBO2 at -30 offsets and keeping all other voltage adjustments unchanged.

Adjust the settings so it reaches 0.200v, similar to the image you shared. It’s a bit puzzling what’s happening.

It never shuts down and consistently draws around 40W even when idle. I’m puzzled by this behavior—usually it stays off until you hit around 4 GHz in Windows Task Manager. On my old Intel i7-7700, the issue didn’t occur at all, officially supporting Windows 11. Perhaps enabling VBS (core isolation in Windows 11) is the reason? I’m not sure, but it seems the older CPU handled things better than the newer one.

I'm still figuring things out. I haven't worked with VBS or similar stuff. It's just BIOS adjustments.

There’s nothing changing in the BIOS regarding CPU voltage or power. The only adjustment was enabling DOCP for 3200 MHz RAM and using PBO2. I’m trying to figure out what caused the issue but from what I read online, it doesn’t seem like a BIOS problem. It might be related to something else. I’m still using the original version.
