Hello, I’ve received a Rzyen 7 5800x3d and Vision D B550 motherboard. I’m checking the BIOS for optimal adjustments. I recall XMP and Resizable-BAR are useful, plus setting the offset voltage to -30. Are there any other important tweaks I should consider? Thanks!

Initially I would run a stress test using the maximum offset, since that's the upper limit. If it fails during the test, I'd adjust by 5 units in either direction (to -25 and beyond). Otherwise, it seems to perform well.

It might not be reliable at -30 degrees. Not every CPU supports -30 offset in Curve Optimizer. It's good to adjust the memory timings manually to these numbers, which can enhance performance: tRRDS = 4, tRRDL = 4 (use 6 if you have Dual Rank sticks), tFAW = 16. These settings usually don't impact stability now but can offer a big speed increase without more tweaks. If you're ready to fine-tune and boost memory performance, experiment with tRC and tRFC. The lower they are, the better—though tRFC is especially important. How far you can reduce them depends on your memory package, with no exact rule. Generally, Micron E-die tRFC stays around 500-600, while Samsung B-die can reach as low as 250.

The CPU isn't very demanding beyond its stability at -30°C. Focus on the clock speed and timing settings. B-Die and XMP/DOCP adjustments work well, but other RAMs lack that level of control.
