MSI preinstalled AMD Ryzen 7 5800X processor with 8 cores, 3.80 GHz, 8 GB RAM, 32 GB HDD, running Windows 11 Pro version 23H2. Installed on build 22631.3085. Task Manager shows CPU at 100% during startup and remains there.

Check if your Windows power settings are correct. Verify that the latest update is installed. Ensure the wireless or Bluetooth drivers are functioning properly. Confirm that BIOS settings have C-states enabled.

Everything has changed. Previously, many tasks required effort, but now they often fix themselves automatically. Probably just checking for malware or viruses. Thanks!
