Well, if the fan aint spinning. or if the contact isn't good enough or if there's lack of fresh air or if the paste isn't good enough or combination of things above. It will be like an oven inside the IHS, real quick, real fast.

The most important factor is contact. If it’s heating up rapidly, it’s likely due to poor ventilation, fans, or inadequate paste (unless none is present). Are you installing the right hardware for each cooler?
