Your CPU is operating between 40-48°C during idle in BIOS, which feels warm but not extreme. I've noticed some Reddit discussions suggesting disabling PBO might help. If that's accurate, I'd like to hear more. Your AIO is a Liquid Freezer III 280 with a Deepcool cg530 4F case, and the room temperature is around 19°C.
Temperatures stay within typical ranges. BIOS operates at maximum power and frequency settings, which can make BIOS-based systems feel warmer than standard PCs. Even then, idle temperatures remain perfectly normal. My 9800x3d runs around 45°C during idle. This behavior is consistent with Ryzen CPUs from the 3000 series.
It’s a decent temperature while idle; consider adjusting the settings to lower it slightly, though it shouldn’t be an issue unless the CPU overheats and draws excessive voltage.
The GPU stays warm during idle periods, it's not related to the CPU, and it was from 2017.
Confirming the sound is entirely normal. No need to worry about load testing. Idle becomes an issue only at very high levels. From my perspective, a load over 50c is typical for a genuine idle. (I note this is often misunderstood.)
