Ive been having this issue now for something like a year or two, and i have NEVER found an answer to why, my bios should be the right ones for my cpu and my cpu is compatible with my Mobo, so im confused on what to do, So basically everytime i try to have my CPU at its stock settings, it bluescreens and or blackscreens, and ive had to bring down the Volts, to the point where its working, BUT it genuinely feels like it cant perform on its optimum level and i have issues with lag in games where i shouldnt have lag, i have a 850W psu, 32gb of ddr4 3600mhz ram with a water cooler, and everywhere ive looked and found fixes, they havent worked, so im going here to maybe get help! Not only that but it also seems to be causing my pc problems that i genuinely cant explain, and another smaller issue that isnt too big is the fact that everytime i try to restart my pc with the Restart button, it restarts but refuses to start up again, the pc is on and all, but it just refuses to boot, please i really need help, i dont know what to do i want my pc to run properly. I especially have issues when i play Doom for example, it just LAGS like horribly, as well as other games where i get extreme lag spikes where the CPU is the cause. Any help would be perfect, and also tell me which BIO's should be recommended and maybe what would be the cause for these issues, Ive also done a complete run thru of my pc and checked to see if theres any corrupt files and i dont have any, and when i did i ran the command to fix those corrupt files so everything should be fine and dandy Thanks for reading and please help out if possible <3
Visit C:\Windows\Minidump to see if any minidump files exist. If present, return to the Windows directory and transfer the Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (use your desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and include it in a post. Please adhere strictly to instructions since Windows doesn't allow file changes there.

I don’t recall any BSOD messages or problems. I’ve been using the same setup for about a year or two, and everything seems normal. Storage space is sufficient, and I haven’t noticed any issues before. It’s possible something went wrong during the switch from HDD to SSD when booting Windows. I’m not sure if that affected the CPU behavior or if there was a problem with the CPU itself. I’m not very familiar with this stuff.

Access the event viewer → Windows Logs → System. Arrange results by Level so Critical appears first or second (sorting may take time). Be aware the view could scroll far down after sorting—scroll back up if needed. Locate events named "Kernel-Power" with ID 41, highlight them, right-click and save. Attach the .evtx file to a forum post. If the forum doesn't accept that format, compress it first.
So I’ve got around 10 criticals, mostly from 2024. I’m worried about at least 50-100 errors and 50-80 warnings. It’s been three years since these started happening, and honestly I don’t remember much. They seem to be new issues.
