Ryzen 5 5600X cooling performance
Ryzen 5 5600X cooling performance
I’m still using a 4C8T 6700K chip and everything runs smoothly. The idea of needing eight cores feels a bit unreal right now. I’m planning an upgrade to a new system within the next year.
newer consoles will feature 8 Zen 2 cores, yet they run at significantly lower speeds than typical desktops. if they operate under 3GHz (essentially around 2.5GHz), I’d assume their multi-core performance matches a standard 3600. given that a 3100/3300X is quite capable, a 5600X should perform similarly.
When the Ryzen 5600x arrives with a built-in cooler, it comes with thermal paste already applied. If no cooler is provided...certainly no paste is included. For instance, the Ryzen 9 3950X doesn’t include a stock cooler, meaning you’ll have to purchase one yourself. A tiny quantity or tube of paste is usually part of the CPU cooler you buy.
