I wouldn't suggest the B550 or X570 unless you have specific needs. Consider what matters most to you!
For a x570 motherboard with a low budget, I’d look at just three choices: Aorus Elite Mid, Aorus Master Rog, and Mugen Scythe PCGH. I wouldn't bother with the X570 unless you plan to overclock it, and you expect a CPU fan along with it.
