Your Kraken X53 AIO is behaving within typical ranges. At 4GHz boost, reaching 60°C is common due to heat, and 40°C during idle is normal for that component. The 2K RPM setting should help manage performance without overheating.

This will depend on your surrounding temperature conditions, but 60° isn't a major issue when things are under stress.

It works well at that temperature with an AIO, though it feels a bit high compared to your older air cooler which reached around 70°C.

It falls within the normal range—neither outstanding nor problematic. The Ryzen third gen warms up slightly while idle. Your temperatures stay manageable. Around the mid-80s is when I’d notice it slowing down to cool things down.

Yes, you can adjust your AIO settings to lower your water temperatures. Consider reducing the inlet temperature setting and ensuring proper insulation. Monitoring flow rates and using a thermometer can help maintain those low 50s degrees efficiently.

I don't, but again, you're concerned with something that isn't an issue. Your temps are perfectly fine, squarely in the middle of where they should be. If you want to bring them down, you're going to be undervolting and/or increasing your fan and pump speeds. I have zero experience undervolting Ryzen systems, but my understanding is, similar to overclocking, you have very little wiggle room to keep it stable. Increasing your fan and pump speeds will also increase noise. If this is a tradeoff you're okay with (again, I'm suggesting here that where you're at is perfectly fine), you should be able to do so within NZXT CAM software.

I just set the AIO fan to maximum speed S7K at 7,000 RPM for liquid cooling and achieved 45-56°C under full load.
