If you've used an OC, simply undo it or reset the BIOS back to its original settings. You'll also need to reapply DOHCP dual-channel configuration and other adjustments.

You're set at that specific speed, which might change how much power you use but shouldn't harm the processor's lifespan. The voltage is very low.
