Hello everyone! Thanks for your support. I own an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 X with 16 GB RAM on a Gigabyte Arous Pro Wi-Fi motherboard. I've been using an XMP profile for about six months without any issues. Recently, my system has started crashing or showing blue screens intermittently. Initially, I assumed it was a Windows-related problem, so I reinstalled Windows. The issue persisted, so I removed the XMP profile and manually increased my RAM speed to 3000 MHz to test. So far, everything seems fine. I'm curious if anyone else experiences this problem or has any insights. Thanks!

Did you change the BIOS to F4 or F5? It assists with memory stability, among other functions.
