I’m not sure about the exact limits, but your setup seems stable at 4.1 GHz with good performance. You mentioned keeping it under 70°C and avoiding exceeding 1.4V. There might be a maximum clock speed you can configure depending on the device or system you’re using.

Based on your motherboard and CPU temperature limits, anything under 85% during heavy use works well with my Ryzen 5 2600X.
