It might just be the specific CPU you're using. My 2600 can reach up to 4.25GHz at about 1.3V, but I'm not sure.

Avoid raising the vcore; instead, aim for a small negative offset between 0.05 and 0.10.

the b450 aorus elite has limitations with a 2600 processor. this motherboard isn't compatible with the aorus line.
