I've been attempting to push my Ryzen 5 2600 to 4GHz on a Gigabyte B450 AORUS Elite MMO. The setup doesn't boot properly. Dynamic Vcore offset is +0.156, SoC offset +0.090, and DRAM voltage +1.370. I even increased the voltage to 1.4 but it still won't work. Could you assist?

Check if your settings exceed the XMP specifications and inquire about your cooling solution for the CPU.

It's operating at 2933MHz. I installed a tailored water cooling setup. The issue doesn't seem related to heat dissipation since it isn't reaching the windows.

Assuming it launches using your XMP profile for memory, no further OC is needed unless you're already adjusting RAM voltage. You don't need to modify SOC or DRAM voltages. For OC, the CPU doesn't rely on an offset—use manual voltage to determine limits before setting one; otherwise stability may drop. I'd suggest starting at 4Ghz @ 1.4V, leaving other settings on auto quick and see if it works in Windows. If not stable, try 1.425V.

I share the same board and processor as you, but my CPU barely exceeds its limits. I believe this is due to the insufficient VRM on the motherboard.
