I believe I have a winner. Ryzen 5 1600 sitting at 4.1 Ghz 1.3875volts stable. Passed the intelburn test so far with no errors. Gonna try prime95 next for some giggles. Not sure really how to use prime though or what to look for but well see what happens.
Getting here was difficult. There is an issue with B350-F bios where even while disabled EPU stays on.

The motherboard/bios revision and RAM significantly influence achieving 4GHz speeds. Some might argue RAM doesn't matter in overclocking, but that's incorrect for Ryzen systems. I've reached 4.1GHz on every chip in my Tachi/Flare setup, with the EVO being the main constraint. The voltage range of 3.85V to 4.1V at 4-4.2GHz has consistently shown good results, especially on a 2600X configuration.

the interesting part is my ram is poor. i can't even push it overclock past 2400. i don't know why the board seems to dislike it.
