Hi,
I'm just starting out with overclocking and managed to reach a stable 3.9Ghz at 1.27 volts. My current idle temperature is between 38-40°C, while the maximum loaded temp reaches around 65°C. I’m hoping to push further but prefer keeping the temperature near 65-70°C. I’m curious if this chip is a solid choice for what’s often referred to as the Silicon Lottery? Thanks in advance.

Yes, a 3.9 at that voltage would result in a solid chip. Just ensure it doesn't exceed significantly higher performance when operating at full capacity.

I'm experiencing a comparable issue with my 1600. This occurred during the stress test IT10 pass at extremely high levels.
