The new 4000 Series APUs are still exclusively OEM at the moment. People mention "right now" they might become available for personal use soon, but it's unclear when that could happen. Since you're working on a mini ITX build in an inwin B1 case, having an APU would be useful. If you wait a month or two and can use an A520 with a 4000 series APU instead, that would be great.

The APUs available so far are exclusively OEM. Those anticipated soon will mainly be the Ryzen 3 4200G, 5 4400G, and possibly an Athlon model for the consumer segment.
