I observed that my Ryzen 3600 at stock performance doesn't exceed 3.8GHz. Attempted to push it to 4.2 as in many guides, but it crashed immediately. I followed the steps carefully. During benchmarking, at 4.0GHz temperatures reached 96-98°C after a few minutes. There was even a brief spike to around 99°C. The stock cooler seems to be handling it. Am I making a mistake, or is the CPU faulty?

Get something similar to a scythe fan 2, but you'll need a larger cooler. What type of PC case do you have?

The stock cooler falls short for overclocking; it performs poorly even at standard configurations. Choose a superior cooler for faster clock speeds.

You're experiencing high temperatures of 94-96°C during full load with your 3900x and stock cooler setup. While AMD claims 95°C is acceptable, your system's internal sensors indicate it's still too hot.

You simply grab the Scythe Fuma 2—it performs similarly to a budget dual tower cooler.

Also good! I was thinking of suggesting Noctua (top coolers available... but a Scythe is already quite pricey :O). A bit cheaper and less powerful but should work: Cryorig H7

Which nation you're referring to is essentially the same, just confirm it matches the AM4 connector.

The Hyper 212 Evo is essentially a cooler model, not a performance booster. It won’t increase your CPU’s clock speed, only help it run more efficiently at lower temperatures.
