Hi, this is your first time setting up a PC. Here are the details:
- Ryzen 3200G
- B450M mortar max
- 2x 8GB 3000 MHz RAM
- Stock cooler
- PSU 450W Corsair
I’ve noticed that whenever I enable game boost, XMP settings, or overclock the CPU above the base 3.6, my PC either freezes, crashes, or restarts. The stress test runs smoothly, but games still cause issues. Any suggestions? Thanks everyone.

Hi yes. The latest bios update was around June 10. During the stress test, CPU usage hovered between 70 and 74. In games, it occasionally reached 75 to 79. The last time a freeze occurred, the GPU temperature was only 67 degrees.
