I upgraded my r3 1200 to 3.65ghz and it's running at around 1.216 to 1.224v under normal use. The temperature stays between 49 to 51°C. Can I keep this configuration or should I increase the settings?

You can continue pushing until the voltage becomes too high or the temperatures become excessive.
