I understand there are many discussions about this issue. My Ryzen 3700X and X370 models with BIOS 7704 often display more video than actual voltage readings, and the fluctuations seem typical based on other posts and online information. I just wanted to hear how others have experienced this.

If voltage seems excessive, adjust adaptive voltage with a negative offset like -0.05. Monitor temperature and voltages to ensure stability. This adjustment doesn't alter your Ryzen's behavior—it only reduces all voltages by 0.05.

Adjusted it to 1.325 manual, BIOS without offset, core temp shows video, while other programs display differently but voltage stays constant.

Voltage changes during idle are typical since tasks finish with minimal power use. As higher current activities begin, voltage tends to stabilize. This is noticeable in situations like r20. Avoid manually locking the voltage unless you're overclocking—at that point, 1,325v is generally the safe upper limit. Let the CPU handle its own performance. Don’t fix problems that aren’t broken or aren’t a concern.

Are you adjusting the switching frequency? Don’t worry about running stock—it’s not necessary to interfere with this. Focus on enabling XMP and PBO if you wish. These configurations become important only when you’re doing advanced overclocking. Otherwise, they should be fine in BIOS settings.

I set everything up correctly and will share my outcome once I finish the job. It was a bit tedious, but I had to attend that appointment. The issue started after I updated the settings on my 3700X—this is the first time it’s happened since the upgrade.

the only adjustment i made was using a voltage of 1.325, which helps things stabilize more easily now. i set everything in digi+ to auto mode, but when checking the settings right after startup, you'll notice it automatically chooses the llc setting.

Keep it at auto unless you're doing manual overclocking. Pushing too high risks damaging your chip... You're right on the brink of safe voltage levels. Also, what do you mean by "stabilize easier"? That doesn't make sense. Why? It only makes things worse than the original settings. Let the voltage handle itself. Why are you changing this through software? Please reset everything related to the CPU to defaults. If you need adjustments, do them in BIOS. Make sure XMP/AXMP/DOCP are enabled in BIOS. I don't understand why you're making changes.

That’s why I adjusted it, and now the boost voltage drops faster. The LLC was set to auto, and when I checked in Windows it automatically adjusted to level 5, which is the maximum setting. I made all the changes directly in BIOS, then only shared the results in Windows.
