Can the Ryzen 3 1200 be boosted to 3.7GHz on an MSI B350M pro-vd plus?

You're asking if a 1300X would be a more suitable option for OC given your location and budget constraints.
1300X is stock 3.5GHz compared to 3.1. If you choose that MB, definitely pick 1300X. Could you provide the prices for 1200 and 1300X, along with some of the cheapest B350 MB models? Also, which country are you interested in?
The 1200 costs around 100eur, while the 1300X is about 120eur. For the B350, it's roughly 70eur for mATX and 90eur for ATX. I'm in Greece too.
