Yes, you can too. It’s a good idea to invest in a reliable third-party CPU cooler and quality thermal paste if you plan to overclock. I suggest a Hyper 212 Evo, a Noctua air cooler, or a Cryorig H7. I don’t remember these being compatible with AM4 or the Ryzen boards, but a quick search would clarify. For thermal paste, Noctua NT-H1 is my top choice, though Arctic Silver MX4 is also popular.

Any B350/B350M MB can work. The speed at which you can overclock depends on the specific MB and CPU. A normal speed is around 3.6-3.7 GHz with the stock cooler, but it can vary based on individual factors.
