Hey everyone! I'm using an i5 4460 with an RX570 and am considering switching to a Ryzen 2600. I'm worried it might slow things down, but I still need to upgrade my graphics card soon. Do you have any solid motherboard suggestions? Since I'm in Australia, I'm hoping to find something under $150 AUD (about $100 USD). I'm also interested in overclocking, though I've heard some boards aren't great for that. Any recommendations or good deals on bundles would be super helpful! Thanks a lot.

For gaming, consider the 3100 or 3300X. Any B450 or B550 motherboard should work well with these CPUs. Tomahawk boards have received excellent feedback. Let me know if you need more details.

Was die Ryzen 3 3300 wirklich eine Investition wert? Ich dachte, selbst ein Ryzen 5 2600 wäre nicht viel besser als ein 4460.

3300x outperforms the i5 9600, the i7 7700k, and the R5 2600 for gaming. It matches the performance of a 3600 in that category.

It offers significantly more IPC than the 2600. The 7nm process provides a much improved memory controller. It avoids the poor cache latency issues. Thanks to enhanced caching and layout, it performs exceptionally well overall.

Are you referring to the Ryzen 5 or 3 processors?

Searching partpicker and general Google results, it seems there are no available sellers for 3100 or 3300x in Australia. Consider waiting or trying again later.

They mentioned the 3300 and 3100 will go on the market on the 21st, right? So yes, wait.

I’d wait for the 3300x to drop in price since it’s significantly more powerful than what I currently have.
