I rarely exceed 75% utilization and my Cinebench rating is 1000 points lower than a standard 2200g. My OCd is set to 4.5 GHz. Please let me know if you need any assistance.

How did you manage to push the CPU up to 4.5GHz? I set up a system for my brother-in-law using a 2200g, but it only reached around 3.9GHz. Are there any background tasks with CineBech running? How are your CPU temperatures looking?

I used a water cooler from my old Intel i5 setup. The 4.5 GHz was mainly for boosting performance. That setting feels quite old now. Still managed to get it running smoothly at around 5 GHz.

I’d consider CPU-Z or Coretemp for checking the clock speeds. If those readings match, it’s quite impressive! My machine has a Ryzen 5 1600af and it won’t exceed 4GHz regardless of settings. What are your temperatures?

If Ryzen Master works as advertised, it typically runs at about 35°C idle, and can hit around 75°C during heavy tasks such as rendering.

Ryzen Master appears to give good temperature readings. I checked it against coretemp and they were only about a degree apart. How do you configure the overclock in UEFI or Ryzen Master? I usually reset everything to defaults and run a test again. If the Cinebench scores are similar to the stock, I gradually increase the clock speed and recheck.

I'm not sure if you noticed my previous message before I made changes. Consider resetting everything to default in UEFI (keep track of your settings or save it as a profile for later), re-test, and check if you reach at least baseline performance. If results are close, slowly raise the clock speed and test again. Before proceeding, ensure no background processes are running by opening Task Manager.
