Hi, I'm facing some issues with overclocking my Ryzen 5 1600X. The PC specs include a new ASUS ROG Strix B350-F Gaming with G.Skill Flare X, DDR4 3200 MHz, and a Corsair TX850M 850W PSU. The BIOS is set to 1.35V at 3200MHz. I've followed tutorials and tried setting the CPU voltage to 1.4V, but results are inconsistent. Could this be related to memory or BIOS configuration? I'm checking 3.6GHz, 3.7GHz, and 3.8GHz performance.

Are you sure your RAM supports XMP? It's likely it's the RAM, not the CPU.

Confirming the issue at 3.7 GHz, it seems unrelated to the CPU itself. I've tried 4.0GHz with the same processor before. Edit 2: The failure occurs at standard speed and 49°C. Is there a problem with AIDA64 software?

It seems you're experiencing low SOC voltage. You're good to proceed with up to 1.2V on the SOC, which should improve memory stability. Try removing XMP and using stock RAM settings, then test your CPU independently.

I’ve achieved a stable 3.9GHz CPU and 3000MHz RAM with temperatures around 62°C. Looking for ways to push performance further.

3.9ghz performs well with the 1600x setup. Possibly 4.0ghz at 1.35V-1.375V and a SOC of 1.175V would be ideal if stability isn't an issue.
