I purchased the Ryzen 1600 three years ago and it has been overclocked to 3.7GHz on stock cooler. During a handbrake H.265 encode, its max speed reached 4GHz. Is the monitoring tool giving incorrect readings or did I get a better chip?

I prefer Ryzen Master for the best accuracy, even if it's not for optimization. Is it a 4.0 across all cores? You're seeing 3.7 but not 4.0.
