I previously owned a Biostar x370 gt5 motherboard, but now I have an MSI x370 Gaming Plus. This board seemed good at first, yet it has numerous boot problems and performance issues. My CPU isn't running at its intended speed, which is 3.8 OC'd. I'm trying to figure out what settings to adjust on this new board to maintain a steady 3.8GHz performance, as the Biostar did.

on the mainboard switch, did you reinstall the OS for the new board using the driver file?

The temperatures are under 40, and I've restored a fresh operating system, yet the black screen persists. It occasionally functions, but it's quite an odd situation to regain stability.

I don't have another GPU available. I attempted to remove it, but it didn't work. The same happened with the RAM—leaving one stick and taking out any peripherals didn't help.

the ryan zen won't function without a graphics card on the board, try to find someone to assist you during this test.

Then I'm out of luck on this one. I don't have anyone around or near me to even lend me a gpu. Don't even have the money myself.
