Would using an overclocked 1400 cause any issues with my PSU? I'm on a tight budget and probably won't be able to buy a new PSU right away, especially since mine isn't one. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

thermale lite power has very low quality
a decent psu doesn't have to be expensive, just make sure you understand what you're getting
tip: xfx ts / seasonic s12ii / corsair cx 550m – the cx400, cx500, and cx600 models are all mediocre
