I purchased an rx6600 Eagle used sight unseen. It operates but has an unusual boot sequence. To activate and show the screen, I need to power on the PC, let it idle for about five minutes, and then restart via the power button. Once that happens, everything functions smoothly without any crashes or issues. Regular tests confirm this. What’s happening?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Here are the details of your build in the requested format:
CPU:

Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, provide the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time. GPU-Z can show you the current VBIOS version. What GPU were you using before the RX 6600 mentioned above?
