Hi, I'm checking if using +43 Core Voltage, +27% Power Limit, and 1485MHz Core Clock along with a 2250Mhz RAM clock is a suitable overclock for my RX580 Sapphire Nitro+ GPU. The temperatures are currently at 66°C max under the fan curve I set in MSI Afterburner. Thanks!

You temps are excellent.
Any stable overclock is a good overclock.
If you want to compare to other people, use
Unigine Superposition
or
UserBenchmark
.

Needed to adjust the overclock for it to always restart to default, but now it runs at 1600MHz during games and much slower in normal tasks. RAM stays at 2250MHz all the time. Everything is fully stable and performs well with excellent temperatures.

I had to adjust the overclock to prevent it from restarting back to default, but now I'm stable at 1600MHz during games and much slower in normal tasks. RAM remains at 2250MHz all the time. Everything is fully stable with excellent temperatures. The 1600Mhz on the core is impressive! Could you share your voltage offset? I have the same GPU but haven't tested it yet.
